Panze panglica pentru ferastraie mobile
Panzele panglica pentru ferastraiele mobile sunt destinate debitarii dulapilor de lemn in scanduri si a bustenilor de diametre mici in cherestea. Panzele se fabrica la Metamob.

Dimensiunile panzelor panglica se aleg in functie de caracteristicile utilajului. Panzele panglica pentru ferastraie mobile pot avea trei tipuri de profile: W22 , W22,2 sau H25. Tensiunea de intindere care se aplica acestor panze este de 6-8 daN/mm2.
Pot fi achizitionate fie doar sudate la dimensiune, fie gata de folosire, ceaprazuite si ascutite in functie de esenta de lemn care urmeaza a se taia. La cerere, varfurile dintilor pot fi stelitate sau calite pentru a obtinerea unei durabilitati mai mare a taisului, precum si a unui randament superior.
