Band saw blades for cutting logs

Band saw blades for cutting logs are designed for professional vertical or horizontal heavy saws, used singularly or in complex technological lines for cutting logs into girders, timber or semi-products.

The dimensions of the bandsaw blades for cutting logs are chosen according to the characteristics of the machine tool. The final products delivered by Metamob are manufactured strictly according to the ordered specifications.

The tooth shape and pitch are chosen according to the sharpening machine and the type of the sawn timber.
The blades can be purchased welded according to the required dimensions, welded and tensioned, or ready for cutting, set and sharpened according to the type of the timber to be processed.

On demand the blades can be delivered in the following forms:

a) simple saw toothed	b) double saw toothed
